Ewa Room



Diamond Head Room

These two rooms flank our Main Dining Room. The Ewa Room overlooks the Lawn and the Diamond Head Room gives you a view of the Pool.
 

Conference Seating: maximum is 12

$150 - Mon - Fri   6:30 am to 10:30 am / 11 am - 2 pm**
$300 - Tues - Sat   5 pm to 9:30 pm

Val Ossipoff Room (No A/C)



The first room you see as you enter the Club to the right, this room offers the flexibility of an open-air feel or the option to close the doors for a private meeting.

Maximum Capacities by seating:

  • Conference Seating: maximum is 14 
  • Round Tables: 2 (6x) or 1 (10x)
  • Theater Seating: maximum is 16
  • Stand Up Reception: maximum is 16


F&B Minimums:
$400 - Mon - Fri 6:30 am to 10:30 am / 11 am - 2 pm**
$600 - Tues - Sat 5 pm to 9:30 pm

Courtyard Dining Room



Nestled between the Card Room and the Main Dining Room, this room provides an enclosed meeting area as well as direct access to the cocktail lanai.
 

Maximum Capacities by seating:

  • Maximum seating is 20 (only 18 with AV)
  • Round Tables: 1 (20x) or 2 (10x)
  • Stand Up Reception (with garden): maximum is 30
     

F&B Minimums:
$350 - Mon - Fri 6:30 am to 10:30 am / 11 am - 2 pm**
$700 - Tues - Sat 5 pm to 9:30 pm

Cleghorn Presidents' Room



Connected to the Card Room, this room can be utilized by itself or for a larger group in conjunction with the Card Room. 

Maximum Capacities by seating:

  • Conference: maximum is 24 (only 22 with AV)
  • Round Tables: 4 (8x) or 3 (10x)
  • U-Shaped Seating: maximum is 24
  • Classroom, Theater, Stand Up Reception Seating: maximum is 30

F&B Minimums:
$400 - Mon - Fri 6:30 am to 10:30 am / 11am - 2 pm**
$800 - Tues - Sat 5 pm to 9:30 pm

Card Room



Our largest room, the Card Room offers the flexibility of multiple setup options.  Connected to the Card Room is the Cleghorn Presidents Room, which can be opened up for additional space.

  • U-Shaped Seating: maximum is 36
  • Classroom Seating: maximum is 70
  • Theater Seating: maximum is 100

Main Dining Room



This is our primary venue, with a central location in the Clubhouse in an open-air setting and ample seating options.

Maximum Capacities by seating:

  • Round Tables: 17 (10x)
  • Classroom Seating: maximum is 120
  • Theater Seating: maximum is 170
  • Stand Up Reception: maximum is 250
     

F&B Minimums:
$2,500* - Mon - Fri 6:30 am to 9:30 am ONLY  (Not available for weekday Lunch. Banquets must conclude by 9:30 am)
$10,000* - Tues & Thurs 5 pm to 9:30 pm
$15,000* - Wed, Fri & Sat 5 pm - 9:30 pm
$20,000 - Club Closed Periods (Saturday morning & afternoon, Sunday all day, Monday evenings)**

Popular for receptions, Mangos offers an open-air setting with views of Honolulu.

Lawn



Located at the center of the Club, the lawn is able to accommodate our largest parties.  Flexible floor plans and set-up under the open sky or light-strung tent make this location one of our most popular.
