Allow Executive Chef Eric Leterc to spoil you with his culinary expertise. He has created extensive menu selections featuring an exquisite variety of dishes that showcase his distinct culinary style. The food is eclectic with flavors that are simple, yet unique. "I believe in quality ingredients," says Chef Eric. Fresh local products are always his first pick. "Quality food and service are a top priority. Those are what make our Club a leader in our field. We are devoted to satisfying our members."


Dress Code

Members and guests must adhere to the Club’s dress code policy as follows: Business, Business Casual, Aloha Attire, and Dress Jeans (clean, no pukas) are acceptable for both men and women. Shorts, collarless shirts, gym shoes, rubber slippers, open toed shoes for men, and any other clothing that would be considered revealing are NOT PERMITTED. Casual attire is permitted at Mangos, the Tiare Terrace, the Card Room Bar, and the Athletic Facility area. The sponsoring member/event host is responsible for notifying guests of this policy.
